The resolution specified in the Prinergy process plan must match the resolution of the device to which you are sending output. | |

Solution |
The Kodak Approval proofer uses 2540 or 2500 resolution. Edit the process plan to change the factory default resolution to match the resolution required by the output device. Permanent fix: |
