Symptoms |
When Print Console 1.0 is installed on a Prinergy server that already contains the Trendsetter Control Software 1.2, the Print Console software is launched when the user logs in as CTPOperator, instead of the Trendsetter Control software. |

Cause |
The Print Console installer is modifying the login script file associated with the CTPOperator account to point to the Print Console directory instead of the Trendsetter directory. | |

Solution |
Modify the ctpop.bat file to point to the trendsetter directory. This file can be found in the windows system32\repl\import\scripts directory. Permanent fix: |
