Symptoms |
User attempts an action (such as assigning pages, removing pages...) and gets the error "The workshop is displaying old data and needs to be refreshed. Please select "Refresh" from the "View" menu and attempt the action again.[1102001]". However, refreshing does not help. |

Cause |
This is caused by a bug in which the Workshop’s internal state is not updated properly after the page set is removed. This bug is fixed in Prinergy 1.1. | |

Solution |
Close the Job Manager window(s) for that job and re-open it. Permanent fix: Prinergy 1.1 |
