Canceled jobs in Prinergy are not canceled in Print Console

A RIP error is displayed. If you cancel jobs through either the Process dialog box or the Queues Manager in Prinergy, the canceled jobs in Prinergy are not canceled in Print Console. The job remains in the Print Console Pending queue, and when it reaches the Active queue, a RIP error displays.
