After entering a page range in the Assign Pages dialog box, the OK button remains disabled

Symptoms		After entering a page range (in the Range field of the Assign Pages dialog box), the OK button remains disabled.

Cause		There's a bug in the dialog box code. The user interface is expecting another keypress before it registers the range that was just typed.

Solution		1.) Press the spacebar. 2.) Click the OK button. Permanent fix:
