Symptoms

User wants some user-defined folders to be created automatically during job creation, but there's no obvious way in Workshop.

Cause

Solution

You can manually edit the registry to specify which user folders need to be created. To do so:

1) Open the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Creo/Araxi/<release>/Default/JOBD/UserDefinedFolders

2) Add a semicolon delimited list of the default folders that you want created. This will not create the folders to previously-created jobs, only newly-created jobs.
