Can't get gutters to be zero

Error

Symptoms		If you check the box to enable gutter reducing and then set the min gutter to zero, when you next open the process plan, the check box is no longer checked.

Cause		If you set preferred gutters to zero, you cannot expect any more reduction, so the reduce box is automatically unchecked.

Solution		No workaround needed. As stated above, if you set preferred gutters to zero, no more reduction is possible. Permanent fix:
