Symptoms |
UI stack dumps do not appear to have occurred in chronological order compared to the surrounding messages. |
Cause |
There is a known problem with UI stack dumps having timestamps several hours different from the server component messages. When 'server time display' is chosen as the message timestamp, UI stack dumps will not reflect the 'clock-on-the-wall' time and will appear not to have occurred in chronological order in relation to the surrounding messages. | |
Solution |
Select the UTC display instead of the server time display. To choose the UTC time display option: 1. Open the 'Format -> Message Timestamps…' dialog. 2. Choose the 'GMT/UTC timestamps, as appears in the log files' radio button. You may change this display option at any time, including during active connections. The change will take effect with the next message displayed. Messages already in the buffer will not be re-formatted. Permanent fix: |
