Error |

Symptoms |
The CEPS JTP no longer processes pages. After attempting to refine a number of CEPS pages that failed, the CEPS JTP will not sucessfully refine subsequent pages. Re-refining CEPS pages that processed properly before will fail now. |
Cause |
When the CEPS JTP processes a page, it uses the Temp folder to write temporary information within a folder named after the CEPS JTP. If a page fails for some reason, the Temp folder sometimes isn't emptied. As more jobs fail, the Temp folder is filled, and the CEPS JTP stops functioning. |
Solution |
1. Ensure that no other jobs are using the CEPS JTP. 2. Shut down the CEPS JTP to release the temp files. 3. Delete the files on the Temp drive within the Temp\<CEPSJTPName> folder. 4. Restart the JCEPS TP. Permanent fix: |
