Symptoms |
When processing a TIFF/IT, Prinergy reports "The file PAGE.FP could not be found", and the process fails. |
Cause |
TIFF/ITs have internal naming dependencies. The FP file internally points to the LW/HC and CT files. You will get this message "The file PAGE.FP could not be found" when someone has manually renamed the TIFF/IT page components. For example, if the page pieces were originally called "Page.fp", etc., and someone renamed the page pieces to "Cover.fp", etc., then the CEPS JTP will be looking for Page.CT, which is now called Cover.CT. |

Solution |
Rename the TIFF/IT page pieces to the original name. If you do not know the original name, you can determine it by opening the FP file in an application that reads the descriptive tags, such as Copydot Toolkit, or Apago's TagsViewer. Permanent fix: |
