Symptoms |
Normalizer reports "Colorant array contains repeated entry <ColorName>" and the page fails. |

Cause |
The input file has multiple instances of the same color name. This can arise from: - improperly prepared artwork (example, a Photoshop image with multiple colors defined with identical names) - a bug in Prinergy 1.1 when mapping colors to existing colors. |

Solution |
In Prinergy 2.1, the Optimizer will fix this under certain circumstances: . Set up a process plan for dealing with these pages, and ensure that: - ColorMatcher is ON - Optimizer's downsampling is OFF Permanent fix: |
