Symptoms |
When OPIing a Photoshop 7 TIFF, Prinergy reports: "An opi engine unknown error 131 occurred." |

Cause |

Solution |
Suggested workarounds: 1. Work fat (don't use OPI) 2. Open TIFF in Photoshop 6 or lower and re-save. 3. Re-save Photoshop 7 TIFFs as EPS 4. Re-save Photoshop 7 TIFFs to No Compression 5. Re-save the TIFF in Photoshop 7.0.1* . *The problem as described only occurs with Photoshop 7.0. There is a free update for Photoshop available from Adobe, to version 7.0.1, which fixes this problem. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
