Some TIFF/ITs from Brisque version 4.0 cause PressTouch or the CEPS JTP to report errors. | |

Solution |
Upgrade to the latest Prinergy patch levels (2.0, patch 27, or 2.1, patch 8). Alternately, you can specify CT/LW (instead of TIFF/IT) from the page preparation source. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
