Error |

Symptoms |
Certain files from older versions of Illustrator sometimes fail in the Normalizer and report the error "undefinedresult: shfill". Acrobat Distiller (with or without the Creo Distiller Assistant) yields the same result. |
Cause |
Illustrator (8.0, for example) was attempting to create an incorrect EPS blend. | |
Solution |
Re-open the Illustrator document in a later version (Illustrator 10, for example) and resave it. This will result in an EPS with a correctly-built blend. Permanent fix: |
