Symptoms		Delta JTP disconnects on outputting spot colors in Prinergy 2.1.0.14 or later. Outputting spot color to other devices (Trendsetter, TIFF) works fine.

Cause		Known problem

Solution		There are two possible solutions to this problem: 1. You can define spot colors as "treat as black" in the Per-job Color Editor prior to outputting. 2. The alternate solution is to map the spot colors to process separations if the job is spot-only. . This problem has been fixed in Prinergy 2.1.0.18. Permanent fix:
