Images are missing from fat PS after Normalizing with OPI on in 2.1.0.19 |
Cause |
There are cases where you want OPI on, even though the file is likely fat (or partially fat). It is an issue for pages that include OPI comments on high rez images (which occur when placing TIFFs in Quark and printing fat). If you run one of these files through 2.1.0.19 with OPI on, and "fail on missing images" off, the resulting PDF no longer has the fat image that used to be there. | |

Solution |
Turn off OPI for the effected pages. Alternately, downgrade to patch 18, or upgrade to patch 20. Permanent fix: |
