Solution |
In general, it seems that the interaction between the OS, Yeda Hebrew, and Java are pretty delicate. - avoid special Mac characters (bullet, TM, copyright, curly f, etc.) in application names, filenames, etc. on the Mac OS 9 system. This means changing the application "Adobe AcrobatTM" to be "Adobe Acrobat", etc. - avoid spaces in JobNames, JobShares, other paths. Filenames with spaces seem to be okay (according to our limited testing). Rename the Mac share (J:\Jobs) to not include spaces. Go to Computer Management, delete the existing "jobs on server X" Mac share, and recreate it with no spaces in the name, for example "JobsOnServerX". If you ensure that the jobnames do not include spaces, Pandora and Workshop will be able to find the share and job folders. - probably avoid using Hebrew characters in JobNames, filenames, etc. since Prinergy will likely be unable to find the files requested.
