If "Fail on missing images = ON" when "Perform OPI = ON", and the page fails to Refine due to other missing images, other images on the page will also be deleted. |

Solution |
Although this problem can be worrisome (since images are deleted from the page), the page is still usable (since the page is looking for missing images via OPI, and therefore has an "X" across the page). This problem will probably be noticed only when troubleshooting a Refine that failed for OPI reasons, and will not cause problems for pages that have the images available on disk. . The workaround is: 1. Make the image files available to Prinergy (if it doesn't fail OPI, it will not remove the images already present in the page). 2. Turn "fail on missing images OFF" when Refining. This will result in a page that retains the images already present in the page, while attempting OPI, but not failing on the images that are not available on disk. Permanent fix: |
