Symptoms

If you Archive a job between Prinergy 2.2.1.3 and Prinergy 2.2.1.9,

then attempt a partial retrieve, the imposition marks file is not retrieved.

Cause

Solution

If your Prinergy system is still between 2.2.1.3 and 2.2.1.9, perform a full retrieve. This problem is fixed in Prinergy 2.2.1.10.
