Symptoms |
Under certain circumstances, (job with large page count, with thumbnails on) some users have observed cases where pages will unassign. |
Cause |
The problem appears to happen when switching from Adobe Acrobat to Prinergy Workshop. After a page has been opened in Acrobat, the user closes the PDF page, then clicks on the Workshop window visible below the Acrobat application. If the user clicks the Pages pane, sometimes a page will be unexpectedly unassigned from the page set. | |

Solution |
Be careful when switching from Acrobat back to Workshop: (A) Use the Mac OS X Command-Tab key combination to switch back to Workshop, or (B) Click on a different part of Workshop (for example, the bottom bar of the Workshop window, in the User/Job Toolbar on the left side of the window, or in the Process dock on the right side of the window). Do not click on the Pages pane. Note: If you do not use thumbnail view, you should not encounter this issue. Creo is investigating a solution to this problem. . This issue does not occur with the Prinergy 3.0 Workshop. Permanent fix: |
