Symptoms |
Impositions with duplicate variable marks directly above each other output incorrectly in 2.3 (only one copy of the mark is replaced). |
Cause |
In 2.3, we use a newer PDF Library, which doesn't return the appropriate information in cases were the imposition has duplicate variable marks directly above each other. (we're not certain what condition is creating marks with this characteristic, but there are anecdotes that it's created by using Smart Marks with multiple sections in Preps.). | |

Solution |
Because of some concern about this fix not working with Marks from Distiller 6, it must be activated by editing the registry value HKLM\SOFTWARE\Creo\Araxi\Settings\Default\MRKJ\MRKJ_WordFinderVersion must be set to 2. Permanent fix: |
