Image Control Strip (ICS) looks bad on 2540 dpi device |
Cause |
This is also posted on the ICS site at http://techplanet.creo.com/color_screening_calibration/image_control_strip/content/troubleshooting/ics007.htm . There are sometimes bits of resolution-specific behavior that gets triggered on Norm, depending on what the resolution is. This case with the ICS is very obvious (code says "if rez = 2400, use bitmap #1; if rez = 25400, use bitmap #2"). |

Solution |
Change the Normalizer resolution to match what their output devices use. HkeyLocalMachine/software/creo/araxi/settings/default/ENOR/NormalizeOn... and change the MaxX and MaxY resolutions as desired. Permanent fix: |
