Symptoms

Pressing the "group by input file" and/or "group by assigned" sorting pushpins will intermittently make pages disappear from Prinergy Job Manager.

This is sometimes triggered by deleting one of the original input files from Workshop, which results in "unknown input file" when you select "group by input file".

Cause

Solution

Re-open the job and it will appear again in the Job Manager.
