Symptoms

Prinergy jobs using Expose JTP (to Lotem via CS Xpose or Xpo) fail and report "Failed to make asynchronous call" or "No channel to Coordinator established "

All jobs from Prinergy using Expose JTP are failing and reporting the error message: Failed to make asynchronous call. All jobs are getting stuck in Prinergy at 66% and rendering at about 80% until the computer times out. No other errors are reported in Prinergy. CSXpose reports: Job Failed.

Solution

Change the service logon properties from local system account to the domain's ARAXI account:

Go to: My computer - right click - manage - Services and Applications - Services - select ARAXI - right click - Properties - Log on - change the selection from Local System account to This account
