Cause |
Prinergy recognizes the %%Creator comment from "Imation Prepress XTension", but not the "ScenicSoft Prepress XTension", even though they are the same thing. Prepress Xtension 3.X has the additional problem that the page size is different than before. |

Solution |
A fix may be issued for this in the future. In the meantime, you can edit the NormInputConfig file to include the addition: target ScenicSoft Prepress XTension version 2.X %SPXVersion: ~= SPX 2 @pagebox bbox -18 -18 +18 +18 @trimbox bbox @cleanmultipage target ScenicSoft Prepress XTension version 3.X %SPXVersion: ~= SPX 3 @pagebox bbox -36 -36 +36 +36 @trimbox bbox @cleanmultipage Note: Keep the original "Imation Prepress XTension" target in the config file, in case old files are submitted to Prinergy.
