Symptoms |
If you set page rotation using "Set Page Geometry" in Prinergy Workshop, the output looks correct on plate/proof, but the imposition is affected. Viewing the imposition layout in VPS will show the page head direction as rotated. Pages printed with Digital Blueline will not back up correctly. |
Cause |
Applications that use Digital Imposition Geometry(DIG) information such as VPS and Digital Blueline will intepret the page head direction incorrectly. | |
Solution |
1) Use Enfocus PitStop's Global Change command to rotate the page. OR 2) Rotate using Adobe Acrobat's "Rotate Pages" command, then export the page as an EPS and refine the EPS back into Prinergy. Permanent fix: |
