Solution |
In Prinergy 2.1 patch 17 or higher, activate the following registry key: HKLM\Software\Creo\Araxi\Default\ENOR\NormJTPName\OPIRepairInvalidFormBBox = 1 . This change is manual, (not applied universally to all Prinergy servers) because there is concern that this change may cause problems for other legitimate OPI formats that are already working.
