Symptoms |
Mark text is missing or incorrect on output in Prinergy. |
Cause |
Loose Page output that uses Page/Sheet mark files that contain commas (and perhaps other special characters) may result in output that has missing characters from the page/sheet marks. PDF marks files are used by Loose Page output to allow for custom Page and Sheet marks. The PDF file is parsed by the Marks JTP to replace variable marks (such as $[color]). If the marks files contain commas (and perhaps other special characters) the Marks JTP incorrectly removes or replaces some of the characters in the marks file. The Marks JTP, which is replacing the variable marks, is incorrectly removing certain characters when the mark file contains commas (or other special characters). |

Solution |
Don't use the comma character in the Page and Sheet mark files. Permanent fix: |
