Cause		Cause 1. The device path is set outside the Primary server. Cause 2. You are using CTLW JTP on the Secondary server.

Solution		Solution 1. Set the device path in the Primary server. Solution 2. Use CTLW JTP on the Primary server. Permanent fix:
