Symptoms |
CTLW JTP crashes on a page when Native or HS LW is selected for LW type. |

Cause |
Prinergy cannot create LW because the number of LW colors on the page exceed the Native/HS LW color limitation (247 colors). | |

Solution |
The solution is to reduce the number of LW colors. If you must have Native/HS LW, try one or all of the following methods to reduce LW color. 1. Use "Force vignette to CT" and "Force LW vignette to CT". 2. Select CT format for "Border handling" and "screen grabs". 3. Do not use trapping. Alternatively, you can select a new LW format.
