Symptoms |
System will lock up completely when refining files during Optimizing or PDF Vector output. The screen may appear black if the power option to turn off the monitor is set. If the power option to turn off the monitor is disabled, the screen will be frozen. The server is running Pentium 3 processors. The security rollup package (hotfix) 835732 is installed. |
