Solution |
The problem occurs when the value '/CPC_OutputProofAsSingleJob' is True. To Fix: Open the process template in a text editor Search for /CPC_OutputProofAsSingleJob (it should be false) Once the change is made it is possible that the customer could get back to the same state: For example: Change the 'Output to' JTP to either 'EXPOSE' or 'Print Console' Turn Printlink ON and change the format to 'One per sheet' The Process templpate will now have the '/CPC_OutputProofAsSingleJob' set to True To see the error; output 2 signatures from workshop using the PT you just edited (you will see only 1 process indicator..there should be 2) Open the Process template in a text editor and change '/CPC_OutputProofAsSingleJob' from TRUE to False and it will work again.
