Solution

Create a loose page proof process plan where the file type is DCS Single-file. In the device section, point to a folder on the Scatterproofing machine. UNCHECK the colormatch option as this interferes with any Harmony calibration that is needed. Once the file (which is quite large) is finished, add the image into Scatterproofing and process as usual.
