Symptoms |
A page containing a Photoshop 5 (or earlier) duotone image will not refine correctly. The resulting refined file, when viewed in Acrobat, contains a black X across the page, or fails to identify the spot color. Sometimes the duotones saved from Photoshop 5.0 will refine correctly, but the duotone only appears on the black plate. |
