Symptoms

1) Workshop crashes erratically.

2) Every time a modification to a process plan is attempted, whether via Tools/Process Plan Editor, or within a job, the machine locks up & must be restarted.

Cause

Solution

1. Quit Workshop.

2. Trash the Araxi folder in the System/Preferences folder.

3. Restart Workshop. This will recreate the Araxi Preferences file.
