Symptoms |
After installing Prinergy 2.0.4, you open a PDF in Acrobat and click on the Separations Viewer plug-in icon, but you get the error message: Separations Viewer has expired. |

Solution |
Update the Separation Viewer with the plug-in supplied in Prinergy 2.0.4 patch 24. Please follow the installation instructions in the patch readme file.
