Symptoms |
In Prinergy 2.0, when converting fonts with the Per-Job Font Converter on jobs that were originally created with Prinergy 1.1, the following error occurs: An error ocurred during font conversion [1211006] |

Cause |
In 2.0, Prinergy puts a font folder right inside the <jobname> directory and the converted fonts go there i.e. <jobname>\Fonts. In Prinergy1.1, the fonts folder is <jobname>\System\Fonts. When a 1.1 job gets opened in 2.0 and fonts require converting, the Per-Job Font Converter tries to write the font to the path of <jobname>\Fonts. Since the job was created in 1.1, there is no Fonts folder right inside the <jobname> folder, so the error occurs. | |
