Error

Symptoms

You double-click on an existing layout from Workshop for the purposes of editing the layout in SignaPack. When importing the job ticket back into Workshop, Workshop does not overwrite the original; instead, it keeps the original AND creates a new layout.

Cause

Solution

In the Import process plan, next to "if artwork already exists" select "delete existing arwork set and layout".
