Symptoms |
When viewing a large imposition in Creo Virtual Proofing System for PC, the overview window is blank (all blue). |

Cause |
The VPS file is too big to fit in the overview window. VPS attempts to find a suitable zoom-out size to display in the overview window, however if the file is still too big for the highest available zoom-out, an empty blue window will be displayed in the overview. | |

Solution |
1. In Settings", select the Zoom Files tab. 2. Check Use Dynamic Zoom, and increase the zoom levels to a certain number (8, for example). 3. Press OK to close the Settings dialog box. Ignore the following warning message that pops up: "Dynamic zooming more than 3 levels can be time consuming at the viewer...". The VPS file will appear in the overview window. Permanent fix: |
