Symptoms |
After you install Workshop 2.1 on OSX, and then on OS9, you get the following error message: "CAU is unable to update Workshop because CAU cannot determine Workshop's new version number after the minor Update. You may need to re-install workshop." If you try logging in, you get the following error message: "Unrecoverable Corba error occurred" |

Cause |
There is a conflict when you have the same version of Workshop installed on OS9 (classic mode) and the other on OSX. Even though Workshop gets installed into different folders, there seems to be some sort of conflict. |

Solution |
You must remove the Workshop installation from either OS9 or OSX. If you install Workshop 2.0.7 on OS9 and Workshop 2.1 on OSX, there is no problem. This problem only occurs if you install Workshop 2.1 on OSX first, and then on OS9, so another solution would be to uninstall both Workshops, and re-install on OS9 first and then startup in OSX and install.
