Duplexing options of Turn and Tumble not available when a new process plan is created. |

Cause |
This is a known problem in Prinergy Workshop. When you create a new imposition proof process plan, in the layout tab, Duplexing has the option of NONE. TURN and TUMBLE are not available options. They become available options when the process plan is saved and reopened. | |

Solution |
Save the process plan. When you reopen the process plan, the duplexing options will be available. Permanent fix: |
