Symptoms |
Jobs fail to image through Prinergy, and using Tiff Downloader. For example, a plating job is sent from Prinergy, and the plate is loaded normally. Shortly after the beam balancing is finished, the plate is ejected blank. No errors pop up in Print Console. The following appears in the Print Console log: "The current separation has been cancelled by the user." The following appears in Prinergy Diagview: "W 25Nov03 12:30:52.781 [2732.2480] YCS1727-830 ARAXI PGenDev2E GDEN_Gdapi.h(636): SendImageData in_deviceId:1 in_printSessionId:1 in_numBytesRaster:256000 SendImageData returned:The SCSI port is not available E 25Nov03 12:30:52.781 [2732.2480] YCS1727-830 ARAXI PGenDev2E GDEN_Gdapi.cpp(933): Failed to make asynchronous call, deleting job:code = 1083526; developer-speak message = 'The SCSI port is not available'; source file = GDEN_Gdapi.h; line number = 636; localized message = '( code = 1083526; param[0] = 'The SCSI port is not available' )'" |
