Symptoms |
After you reboot your Prinergy system, RSM does not detect the tape library changer. The tape library changer only shows as standalone drive. |

Cause |
Third-party tape library software conflicts with Windows 2000. Computer Associates BrightStor software appears to prevent Windows 2000 RSM from correctly detecting the Qualstar tape changer, which prevents Prinergy Archiver or Backup from running. | |
