Symptoms |
Prinergy cannot submit jobs to Veris or Matchprint. Veris and Matchprint parameters not updating in the Process plan editor. Printer JTP crashes. |

Cause |
The NProof.DLL used by Prinergy has a defect which prevents communication with a proofer if the proofer is ever restarted after an initial connection from Prinergy. | |
