The major update retry prevention flag is set. This needs to be deleted to allow Prinergy to be uninstalled. | |

Solution |
Delete the file: %araxihome%\CreoAraxi\support\patches\admin\MajorUpdateUninstallPreventionFlag_x.x.x.x.txt ...where x.x.x.x is the Prinergy version number. There may be more than one. Remove them all. You can then uninstall Prinergy using Add/Remove programs. Permanent fix: |
