Error		In Workshop: CIP3 file generation failed. An error occurred while reading the job ticket during CIP3 file generation. Message from Extreme: PrintLink:CIP3Processing failed processing. In system log: Error Reading Job Ticket: image width or height not specified.

Symptoms		PrintLink CIP3 file generation fails, image width or height not specified

Cause		PrintLink cannot be used at the same time as the Color Combiner. However, newly created final output process templates have the Render option "Always Use Color Combiner to Convert Spots" enabled by default. If you create a new final output process template and enable PrintLink, the Color Combiner option is not automatically unchecked. The resulting process template is invalid. (If you toggle Color Combiner off and on, the PrintLink option correctly becomes unavailable.)

Solution		Ensure that PrintLink is enabled, or that "Always Use Color Combiner to Convert Spots" is enabled, but not both. Permanent fix:
