Symptoms |
When stopping Prinergy in UADM all JTPs will stop, but the primary server will never move to a "stopped" state. The backup service, AraxiBackupManager, and AraxiFileReplicator will not start. |

The OracleServiceCreo service is in a "starting" state. The service never moves to "started" even after a reboot. | |

Solution |
The OracleServiceCreo must be removed and recreated as follows: 1. Open a command prompt... (Start > Run. Type: CMD and press Enter). 2. Type: Oradim -delete -sid creo. 3. Restart the server. 4. Open a command prompt... (Start > Run. Type: CMD and press Enter). 5. Type: Oradim -new -sid creo -intpwd creo - startmode a (NOTE - type the entire command in lowercase). Permanent fix: |
