Symptoms		QuarkXPress™ software version 7 files refine and display in Adobe^® Acrobat^®, but trap incorrectly. The trap viewer/editor does not display the whole file.

Cause		The trim and bleed boxes are set incorrectly. The trapper only traps the area inside the intersection of the trim and bleed boxes.

Solution		There are two possible solutions: Use the Prinergy Geometry Editor to set the trim and bleed boxes to the correct co-ordinates. At the bottom of the Normalize area of the process template, select Eliminate Trimbox and Bleedbox. This problem is fixed in Prinergy 4.0.
