Question: Is there a setting in Prinergy that will tell the Normalizer to embed the whole font instead of subsetting it during the refine process? |

Answer: There is no control in Prinergy V1.1 or V2.0 to allow this. This was an intentional decision made by the development team. The distiller core (common between Normalizer and Distiller) contains many bugs that only appear when subsetting is off. Instead of fighting so many bugs we decided to turn subsetting always on (thus avoiding the bugs). A possible workaround may be to use PitStop to edit a subsetted font as additional characters can be accessed if the original font is loaded on the editing machine, that is, the machine running PitStop.
