Error |

Symptoms |
If doing a bulk install of all approved 1.1 patches, patch 98 will fail to install. If patch 23 has been applied to the system, and all patches are removed and then all approved patches are re-installed during the same PPU session, patch 19 will fail to install. |
Cause |
Patch 23 changes the Python path. It stops using the DOS environment variable, and uses a registry entry instead that points to the Python library “and to CreoAraxi\Bin. However this change does not take effect unless the PPU is stopped and restarted. |

Solution |
If doing a bulk install of all approved 1.1 patches, do them in two groups: First group is all patches up to and including patch 23. Second group is all the remaining patches. Restart the PPU after installing the first group. If all patches are removed from the system, restart the PPU before re-installing all of the patches and when re-installing, install the patches in two groups. Permanent fix: Prinergy 2.0 |
